Join us at
the Singapore Takeout in London, the first stop in its global tour of 9 cities,
to experience the best of Singapore's cuisine, chefs and food products. Chef
Janice Wong from 2am:dessertbar, in collaboration with Peter Gordon from The Providores & Tapa Room, will be serving up a selection of exciting
dishes inspired by Singaporean flavours.
The registration for reserved tickets is now full, but you may come to the event on the day itself as there will be places available on the day.

on Food Demonstration
As there are limited places available, register by 5 June for a
chance for an up-close and personal session with Chef Janice Wong as she
prepares her unique Singapore-inspired dishes. Seats will be balloted, and an email confirmation will be sent
to successful applicants after 5 June. Please arrive at the Singapore Takeout 10
minutes before the session starts, or your space will be re-allocated. For
those unable to get a space, there
will be a standing area to watch Chef’s demonstration; however, this will be
located outside the VIP area

on Food Sampling
Enjoy two complimentary tasting portions per person, but be sure to
arrive early to avoid disappointment! An
email confirmation will be sent to you after registration for you to print out
to gain entry and exchange for vouchers. Please note that you will have to
collect your vouchers within the first hour - by 1.30pm for the lunch session
or 6.30pm for the dinner sessions. If uncollected within this first hour, your
reserved vouchers will be released, though you are still welcome to join the
main queue (food available while stocks last).
